Health information and the one-year guarantee
Prairie Creek puppies come with a one-year health guarantee. Contact us to review the actual terms before reserving. This overview does not replace the guarantee agreement or add coverage, exclusions or remedies.
Ask about the specific parents
Most of our parents have OFA records, and we are adding those records to the website. Ask us for the results available for the specific parents of your puppy.
Tell us which puppy or litter you are considering and ask which records are available for its dam and sire. A result for a different dog does not establish the status of your puppy’s parents. Photos, parent weights and a breed label are useful context, but they are not health-test results.
Registration and health are different questions
Ask whether registration documents apply to the individual puppy. Registration should not be treated as proof of health testing or a guarantee about temperament or future health.
Questions to cover before a deposit
- What does the one-year guarantee cover, and what are its conditions?
- Which records are available for this puppy and its parents?
- What veterinary care, vaccinations and deworming has this puppy received?
- What are the next care steps and the go-home date?
